Day one
Empty Out
Day one asks nothing of you except arrival. The coat of ordinary life — the lists, the pings, the holding-it-together — comes off one warm layer at a time.

From 15:00
The arrival hour
Your robe is warm before it touches you. Tea is poured. The studio is shown to you slowly — bath, session room, the chair by the window that will become yours.
- Warm towels and a first cup of tea
- Your phone rests in the dressing room, if you let it
- The first soak, drawn deep and hot

17:00
The opening session
Sixty gentle minutes: warm oil, slow pressure, no intensity. The body is being introduced to safety, not worked on.
- Balinese-inspired full-body care
- Warm towels changed as they cool
- An early night follows — the studio dims with you

Why nothing deeper today
A tired body startles at intensity. Day one therefore stays soft — heat, water, unhurried hands — so that by day two, the same hands can work at a depth that would have felt like too much today.
Most women sleep the first night of a retreat the way they slept as children: completely, and before they meant to.
First-evening comforts

Everything laid out
Robes, slippers, towels and oils — nothing to unpack, nothing to organise.

Tea, then quiet
A last warm cup as the light goes. Talk if you like; silence is equally welcome.

A room that dims
The studio lowers its light with the evening, so your body gets the message early.
A warm room, a drawn bath, and days with nothing in them but rest — your retreat is arranged near you, in a private studio kept only for members. Send one message and the concierge holds your quiet dates.
