Practices & sessions

What the Days Are Woven From

Warm oil poured slowly

Two kinds of thread weave a retreat: the sessions, given by our all-female attendant team, and the quiet practices, which are yours. Both are unhurried; neither is ever forced.

The sessions

The sensory journey

Sensory journey

The flagship session: bath, oil, warmth and rest led end-to-end by your attendant, up to three hours.

The Yoni private ritual

Yoni private ritual

Our signature ritual for women only — intimate, boundaried, always at your pace, stoppable at any moment.

Balinese-inspired care

Balinese ritual

Long grounding strokes and warm flower oil. The retreat's gentle workhorse.

Nuru-inspired care

Nuru-inspired care

Flowing, skin-warm and deeply sensory, with warmed gel and unhurried contact.

Scalp and shoulder release

Scalp & shoulder release

Warm oil through the hair; slow pressure where the day collects. Beloved at day's end.

The deep soak

The deep soak

Hot water, petals, warm stone. Booked as a session; remembered as a turning point.

The quiet practices

The journaling hour

Journaling hour

A good pen, a plain notebook, an empty hour. Write, or don't — the hour is the practice.

Tea in silence

Tea in silence

Tea poured and drunk without talk. Astonishing how much a cup can hold.

The window chair

The window chair

Sitting and looking at nothing in particular, wrapped warm. A discipline of pleasant idleness.

A private room, warm and dim

Nothing is compulsory

Every element of the retreat can be declined, shortened or swapped. Sleep through the journaling hour; skip the second soak; ask for silence or ask for conversation. The arrangement bends around the woman in it, never the other way.

And the standing rule holds in every session: anything can pause, anything can stop, no reason needed.

A warm room, a drawn bath, and days with nothing in them but rest — your retreat is arranged near you, in a private studio kept only for members. Send one message and the concierge holds your quiet dates.
