Questions
Asked Before Every Retreat
The questions women ask before their first retreat — answered the way the concierge answers them: warmly, plainly, and without a sales pitch.
The honest answers
Can I come alone?
Most women do. The retreat is designed for one guest: one studio, one session at a time, one chair by the window. One trusted person may share the studio if you prefer, but solitude here is complete and entirely normal.
How quiet is it, really?
As quiet as you want. Low voices, no music with words, and nobody requires conversation. You may talk all day or say almost nothing for three days — both are understood perfectly.
What about my phone?
It rests in the dressing room, charged and safe, for as much of the retreat as you can bear. Most women hand it over on day one and ask for it back, a little reluctantly, on day three. In an emergency, the concierge can always reach you.
Where exactly is the studio?
In a private space arranged near where you are staying in Los Angeles. The address is shared privately once your retreat is confirmed — the studio is members-only and deliberately unlisted.

Who gives the sessions?
Our all-female attendant team. Every session is private, every boundary is agreed beforehand, and anything can pause or stop at any moment.
Is three days better than one?
They do different work. One day restores a weekend; three days change the level you live at for weeks afterwards. If you are unsure, start with one day — the concierge will tell you honestly, and your preference file will make the three-day version even better when you return.
What does it cost?
The retreat is one confirmed total — studio, sessions, soaks, tea and concierge included, nothing added later. Full days on the main site are $1,980 and single sessions from $328; the three-day retreat is quoted after a short exchange about dates.
How far ahead should I write?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. Quiet dates are limited — there is only ever one retreat in the studio at a time — so earlier is kinder to your calendar.

Still wondering something?
Ask the concierge directly. One message, no obligation — and retreat questions are often the beginning of the rest itself.
A warm room, a drawn bath, and days with nothing in them but rest — your retreat is arranged near you, in a private studio kept only for members. Send one message and the concierge holds your quiet dates.
