The retreat
What a Retreat Is
A retreat is time with the demands removed. Everything else — the baths, the sessions, the tea — is arranged around that single, protected emptiness.

Protected time, not booked time
On an ordinary day, your hours belong to everyone who can reach you. On retreat, they belong to the room: warm, dim, and deliberately unreachable. The concierge holds the boundary so you never have to.
What fills the protected hours is simple and physical — heat, water, oil, pressure, rest. Nothing is asked of your mind at all.
What a retreat is made of

Warm water, daily
A deep soak every day of the retreat — the fastest way a body believes it is safe to soften.

Slow sessions
Private care each day, lengthening as the retreat deepens: gentle first, longest in the middle.

Tea & quiet food
Warm teas, fruit, and silence at the table if you want it. No schedules read aloud.

Unguided stillness
Time with nothing in it. A chair, a window, a journal if you wish. Nobody optimises your rest.
Women come on retreat when
There is no qualifying exam. If any of these sounds familiar, the room is ready.
- Sleep has stopped restoring them
- A big year — or a hard one — has just ended
- They are about to begin something and want to begin it rested
- Everyone in their life needs them, all the time
- They simply want three days in which nothing is required

A warm room, a drawn bath, and days with nothing in them but rest — your retreat is arranged near you, in a private studio kept only for members. Send one message and the concierge holds your quiet dates.
