Three days
Three Days of Quiet
The retreat has an arc: arrive and empty out, sink into the deep quiet, then return slowly. Each day holds one session, one soak, and long stretches of protected nothing.
The arc of the three days

Day one · empty out
Let the noise leave
You arrive to a drawn bath and a warm room. The first session is gentle — an introduction, not an intervention.
- From 15:00 — arrival tea, warm towels, the room shown slowly
- First soak, as long as you like
- 17:00 — gentle session, 60 minutes
- Early, unhurried night; the studio goes quiet with you

Day two · the deep quiet
The quietest day
The heart of the retreat. Your longest session sits in the middle of the day, with silence-friendly hours on both sides.
- Wake when you wake — breakfast in the sitting room
- 11:00 — the long session, 120–180 minutes
- Afternoon — journaling hour, second soak, tea in silence
- Evening — scalp and shoulder release, 45 minutes, if you wish

Day three · return slowly
Carry less home
A finishing session, a slow breakfast, and a departure paced like the rest of the retreat — unhurried.
- Morning — finishing session, 60 minutes
- Final soak and warm towels
- Preference file completed and kept for your next retreat
- Depart late morning, at walking pace

One day instead?
The one-day retreat keeps the whole arc inside a single day: arrive mid-morning, soak, one long session, silence, a gentle close by evening. Full days on the main site are $1,980; the three-day retreat is quoted as one arrangement on your confirmation, with nothing added later.
Tell the concierge which shape you need. She will tell you honestly which one fits the state you are in.
A warm room, a drawn bath, and days with nothing in them but rest — your retreat is arranged near you, in a private studio kept only for members. Send one message and the concierge holds your quiet dates.
