Day two
The Deep Quiet
By day two the room is familiar and the quiet has got in. Today holds your longest session — and around it, the emptiest, kindest hours of the retreat.

11:00
The long session
Two to three hours, private and unbroken: bath-warmth first, then deep, slow care with warm oil refreshed as it cools.
- 120–180 minutes, at your pace throughout
- Warm towels and warmed oil, constantly renewed
- Pause or stop at any moment — it will simply be so

Afternoon
The empty hours
After the session: a second soak, tea, and a journaling hour with nothing required in it. Many women write nothing at all, and stare happily out of the window instead.
- Second soak, with petals if you like
- Tea taken in silence, if you wish
- A nap is a perfectly respectable use of this hour

Quiet is doing the work
It can feel strange, the first empty afternoon — reaching for a phone that is not there, listening for a demand that does not come. Then the strangeness passes, and the quiet starts to feel like a substance: warm, thick, kind.
This is the day women mean when they say the retreat gave them their mind back. Nothing was added. Everything unnecessary was allowed to leave.
Deepen it, if you wish

The Yoni ritual
Our signature private ritual for women — slow, boundaried, entirely at your pace.

Scalp release
Warm oil through the hair, slow pressure at the neck — the evening add-on most requested.

A second soak
Hot, deep, scattered with petals. Some retreats are remembered mostly for this water.
A warm room, a drawn bath, and days with nothing in them but rest — your retreat is arranged near you, in a private studio kept only for members. Send one message and the concierge holds your quiet dates.
